Each competition has a specific draw date and time listed on the entry page. We guarantee that the draw will happen at the scheduled time, regardless of the number of tickets sold.

Orders are marked as cancelled if the payment is incomplete or fails. Note: Orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not successfully processed within 10 minutes.

Instant Wins: Match your ticket number with a preassigned prize number to win instantly!
Automated Draws: Similar to traditional draws but conducted without a live stream. Winners are randomly selected through PHP code and announced on our ‘Draw Results’ page.
Finding Your Draw Number:

Confirmation email sent to your registered email.
Log into your account, navigate to the ‘Dashboard’, choose ‘Current’ or ‘Past’ competitions, and click ‘View ticket numbers’.
What Happens If a Competition Doesn’t Sell Out?
The draw will still occur on the scheduled date and time, enhancing your odds of winning. Unclaimed instant win prizes are forfeited, but every purchased ticket is included in the final draw, if applicable.
